The vineyards are constantly monitored to naturally prevent the onset of diseases. When intervention is necessary, only copper- and sulfur-based products are used, completely avoiding herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers, in order to preserve the soil’s biodiversity.

Every task in the vineyards—from pruning and tying to leaf thinning—is carried out by hand. This approach allows for a gentle interaction with the vines and helps maintain the natural balance of the ecosystem.

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, carefully selecting the best grape clusters. The grapes are placed in small 20 kg crates to prevent crushing and are promptly transported to the winery, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.

Fermentation is monitored daily to ensure a natural and controlled process. Clarification is carried out through static decanting, minimizing the addition of sulfites to produce a wine that is authentic and respectful of the grapes from which it comes.

Natural Cultivation and Respect for Biodiversity

“Farming that Respects Time and the Land”

We work the land by hand and harvest only organically grown grapes, without the use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
We consider the spontaneous plants growing in the vineyard a true treasure, as they help the soil to breathe and nourish itself. Preserving biodiversity and respecting the natural balance of the ecosystem is our priority.

In this way, the vineyard becomes stronger and more resilient, carrying within it the legacy of the past and the strength for the future.

The harvest is also carried out by hand

The grapes are carefully selected first in the vineyard and then in the winery: this is the only way to choose the best, healthiest, and ripest clusters, the result of attentive and consistent care of the vines. frutto di una cura attenta e costante della vite.
